So about two months ago I installed Windows 20H2.

My Bluetooth stopped working when I first installed it, I didn't have a problem with it to begin with since I wasn't using bluetooth but I decided to switch back to my previous version: 1909. My bluetooth still wasn't working so I concluded that it was my PCIe Card, I switched it out for one of my spares and downloaded drivers which it proceeded to still not work. I left it alone and kind of just didn't care about it until now.

My PCIe Card is a AX200

  • My bluetooth doesn't give me an option to turn it off or on
  • My PCIe Card is detected in Device Manager
  • My driver are updated
  • Bluetooth works when I turn my pc off from my case and back on
  • My Wifi is also not working
  • Please help me

Is that how you always turn off your pc? If so, why?

You should use the Windows power icon to shutdown. Windows needs to do some "house cleaning" and perform other tasks to prepare for the next boot up.

If you are doing just a hard power off via a switch then Windows is likely to end up with...
