Solution
Intel 9260 ?

If so, drivers can be found here:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/99445/Intel-Wireless-AC-9260

For your MSI z390 ACE: Killer 2500 networking?

If so, run ONLY the BARE Killer driver. Do NOT run the traffic shaping software. Get the driver ONLY package from killer's site, uninstall the killer app and driver, reinstall only the bare driver.

i would at least try it. there is not a good reason it won't boot with the card, really. start troubleshooting.

you could also download the latest win10 and do a repair install. I bet your OS is hosed anyway. should never do that when you add in a pcie card.
