[SOLVED] My pc's screen freezes while i'm playing SWTOR and it makes buzzing noise out from speakers

i've been looking for some solutions out internet, some says it's because of PSU is broken,some says it's because of windows 10 update,some says because of dust and spider web inside my machine, but i clean it always. and this my pc have lot of history being "accidentally shutdown suddenly then starting again",

my spec is

Windows 10 - Pro
GTX 950
RAM 8GB
CPU: I5-3330 CPU @ 3.00 GHz

after i look at event viewer i got surprised on how many errors i have

Check your RAM usage while gaming are you maxing the 8GB? Run the performance monitor to verify Windows isn't being a performance hog. https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-performance-monitor-windows-10

Under load using HWMonitor check your CPU/GPU temps. GPU should be less than 92°C, CPU should be less than 89°C

Download all the latest GPU and Audio drivers but do not install. Manually purge all current drivers for both and then install, I would also suggest reinstalling the game at this point as well.

i found youtube video with comment saying that using driver booster 6 could help solve the problem so did use it and updated my drivers, and i will use HW Monitor to monitor my GPU And CPU for now, just want to mention that this happens when i'm using discord and playing SWTOR at same time.
