my pc's screen went black for second or two and then restores back, what should i do?
previously i was using nvidia gforce 9400 1GB card, but pc restarts again and again using it.
i bought new HIS Radeon card and after some time it start creating problems, like that the screen went out for some moments... so now what should I do?

Try updating the drivers from the manufacturers website

Yes, go ahead and uninstall the driver fron device manager, then make sure it is also cleared from the Programs and Features, and re-install the driver.

Also, make sure to double check the video connection on the monitor and the video card, it's possible something wasn't connected properly when you changed the video card.
