My pc's usb ports stopped working

my computers ports stopped working, except for one , which is where i have my keyboard plugged in. but when i try to plug in something else like my mouse it detects it, but is not able to install it anymore. or any other device i plug in. what can i do???

probably the port is not functioning correctly...you need to get it change...
OR before that please Try re-installing a USB driver. If you do not have a disk with you, try using third party software to recognize what driver you need to install then search for the appropriate driver on line. Then try and connect USB device again….your problem will resolved…

and if it is not....you just need to get the port change...and then try...i hope it will start working fine from then on....
