Im thinking of getting a i5 6600 (non-k) and a gtx 1070. How much wattage do i need?

(Power supply)

Maybe NZXT Source 210/220
Or Bitfenix Nova

I don't plan to upgrade in the future.

For that build you'd need something of the lines of 500w PSU. Somthing like EVGA Supernova lineup might be something for you.
Since you say you don't plan to upgrade, I'd say you should probably get 16Gb of RAM. Personally I already feel like 16gb is getting a bit too little for me 😉
It's up to you, I'd just say go for the 16gb.
