Question My phone has better speed than my PC (ethernet)

Just today switched providers, my phone reads 70mbps and my PC reads 9mbps, also my PC is running on ethernet. Help :/?

What PC/Mobo/Ethernet card do you have?

A easy test would be to make sure its not a bad cable or somethings wrong with the router, best test would be to hook directly into the modem using a new cable.


Next step would be to uninstall and reinstall the network drivers either via windows or the better option via the product support page for you computer/mobo/networkcard manufacturer.

If you don't tell us how much bandwidth you purchased then obvious you are not the account holder, ASK HIM.
