My phone has blocked all sim cards

So a while ago I put a different sim card into my phone to see if it works, but it didn't and when I tried to put my EE one back in and it locked it asking for a code or something so we rang up ee and they gave us multiple codes and none worked so I am really confused why it isn't working. Please help

I have a Samsung galaxy j3 I bought it with the sim

You sure that was not the PIN code that it was wanting?
Now that it's blocked it, you will require a PUK code to unlock the SIM again.
You should have gotten that with your SIM card.

When i put the sim in it says SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK

I have contacted the network many times and they cant figure it out

I have the puk code but it doesn't work

But the thing is the sim card works but it is the phone which has blocked them ive tried 2 and they dont work in the samsung but work in diff phones

Otherwise, I think you'd need to visit a repair store or someone.
