My ping got worse

Hey! So a couple months ago when I first got my new router and modem I had been getting 30-20 ping below and now my ping in fortnite is usually high 30's to even 50-60. Does anyone know why? It is wireless WIFI connected but if that was the problem why was it good then, but bad now? (and same for my brother whos on PS4 and we are the only 2 on the WIFI)

How's your WiFi signal ?? Low power signal and/or interference are sure to wreck havoc with speed and ping.
