Hey there guys! so for a while I have been contemplating what my pc build should be and now I have finally finalized it! So what do you guys think? Can I use this build for at least 5 years 1080p 60hz?

GPU: Gtx 1070 or Gtx1060 (Depends on availability and price)
PSU: Cooler Master Cx650m
Case: Nzxt S340
CPU: Inter i5 7600k
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
MOBO: Asus Prime Z270-P
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR4 2133Mt/s

Some things I think you SHOULD know is that the reason I didn't go fro a ryzen build is that it isn't available in my country and I don't want to import it. Another thing is that my Power Supply and Ram will not be in warranty, is that okay? And Lastly I will not be adding 2 extra fans in my case so I will be using just 2 fans ( one rear exhaust and one bottom front intake) will this be okay or would it cause overheating problems?

Thanks!

the 1060 is a 1080p card so over time it becomes less than that. the 1070 is more of a 1440p card and over time that will drop to 1080p while still at the same graphics settings so if you go for only 1080p on a 1070 right out the gate then you will be keeping up with more current titles as the years go by without having to adjust graphic settings as drastically overall securing it's longevity with gaming. but you can get by with a 1060, you'll just have to start dropping quality settings in bigger increments over time than you would with the 1070. If you decide to go with a 1060 for budget reasons don't get a 3GB model. only get the 6GB model as 3GB of vRAM is litterally what games are using at a minimum right now so having more vRAM...
Those specs are gonna be good for 1080p at 60fps for the next five years. especially if you aren't maxing out graphic settings. (get the 1070 not the 1060)
As for the warranty that's up to you if it's ok or not. seeing as how the PSU can most likely be a cheap replacement compared to other parts I would say it's fine (unless of course it ends up being dead on arrival, at which point you are screwed right out the gate and the same goes for the RAM) the ram of course is a bit pricey I'm sure but RAM usually isn't bad when you get it, those cases are pretty rare.
As for the fans, it depends on your environment but just a fan at the front and a fan at the back is pretty standard for a minimum. As for heat issues it's like I said. Your environment will decide that. If you will have your PC in a room that has a pretty hot ambient temperature then you could run into heating issues.

The computer is gonna be on top of my desk, I always have a fan turned on in my room.
the average temperature in my city is usually 30-35c
I don't know if all that helps in making my decision

ok. so your city temps are pretty warm but what about your room? do you have air conditioning and do you run it? can you say that your room temperature is about what it is outside or is your room cooler than that? overall I'd say with those city wide temps and assuming worst case that the room is those temps as well you'll be fine. Albeit a little on the warm side for my tastes but fine nonetheless.

Alright thanks man!
And if I used the gtx 1060 instead of the 1070 how long will the build last on 1080p 60fps (Not necessarily ultra settings)
