Solution
Hello...1) Make sure your monitor is set for the type of cable you are using... ( VGA,DVI,HDMI ).
2) Make sure your Monitor & Cable work... try it with another Computer & Video card.
3) Make sure Windows is being told to use your VIDEO card... ENABLE PCIE only in your MB BIO's, Save and Exit.
4) Make sure you are not using a Cable adapter and try plugging into all the Connectors on the Video card too find the Video signal.

I'd like to help you as I am sure others would as well but first we will need a lot more information. (Probably why you haven't had a response yet.)

1. A list of all of your components?
2. What have you done to troubleshoot this problem?
3. Do you have your video cable plugged into your motherboard or your graphics card?
4. Are your GPU power cables plugged into your graphics card?

All very important questions. You have effectively asked us to help you figure out why your vehicle isn't running yet refrained from telling us if you're driving a motorcycle, car or bus lol.
