My port forwarding isn't working

I have tried for about an hour or so now trying to get this to work, it's for a program called Icecast and it's port is 8000-8001 which is what i'm using but even if I disable my firewall it still doesn't open the port, would restarting my router help? Please help me

So it was too difficult to go to the router and get the model number off of the sticker?

I cant tell you how to configure YOUR router without knowing which one it is. It is not like Linksys has used the exact same firmware with the exact same layout and exact same settings for the 15 years they have been making wireless routers. More like it can change from one model year to the next and from one grade of router to another, there can be 4 different firmware types across their models in 1 year. (I know your router is not a Linksys but I was just using that as an example).
