Google is well known fgor posts not showing up in a timely manner. I see

You don't have to pay for News.Individual.net until the end of the month,
and I have seen several of your posts recently.

For some reason Individual has stopped downloading messages altogether.
Oh well at least I can see you all here. Different format to get use
to.

Check your plonk file. You might have put yourself on it inadvertently.

No it hasn't

I'm still with Individual, and haven't paid my sub yet as its not due until
the end of the month....

All my messages are posting as they should and posts are still downloading
as normal...

I can only assume the problem is at your end...
