Question My power button only works to shut down my PC

My power button only works to shut down my PC, it will not start it or wake it up from sleeping. The only way I can start my PC is grabbing the end of power cable and playing with it, then my pc starts without even touching the button. Tried more cables, the problem is elsewhere.

My first thought is a PSU issue. Maybe try a different PSU
