Question My Power supply sustain this new GPU? gtx1060

My first question here sory for my bad english.
I have a PC : I5-4590 HASWEEL , Motherboard = ASROCK Fatallity Performance H97, 2 x8 gb ddr3 Hyperxfury, 1 SSD250, I SATA Seagate baracuda 1Tb 7200, 64mb, 1 fan 120 mm, mouse and keyboard led and Power Supply Sirtec ECO II HPE-450-A12S, 450W, ATX 2.3, PFC activ, and GTX 750 ti-2 gb Asus.
My question is simple , this power supply a GTX 1060 -3/6GB RAM ? Is biG diference GTX1050TI-4GB VS GTX 1060 -3/6GB RAM ?
I dont want to cange my power suply is very silence and cold.

I want to be sure 99% This GTX 1060 work with my power suply Sirtec ECO II HPE-450-A12S, 450W, ATX 2.3, PFC activ,. I trust in you and my components when i by this pc i read very much tomshardware.com. Please tell me exactly . Ty

That 450W PSU appears to have 360W available at the +12V rails. It should be fine for the GTX 1060 6GB. It might be marginal if you OC anything, however.
I dont OC i want to buy htx 1060 and 8gb ddr3 and 1 ssd faster. But no overclock
