I just bought TL-PA7010P KIT so I could use my 300mbps internet, but irl I get only 110-150mbps.

Connection path:
Gigabit internet cable -> TL-WDR4300 router -> PL Adapter #1 -> PL Adapter #2 -> Netgear router R6250 -> PC (all routers and cables supports gigabit internet)

Can be using 2 routers cause slower speed or there is something else?

Solution

Primary router -> PC = 300mbps
Primary router -> powerline ->PC = ~100mbps.
Primary router -> powerline ->secondary router -> PC = ~100mbps

ergo, your powerline is the issue.
Might be the powerline devices, might be the house wiring.
Well your first course,of action should be to temporarily remove that secondary netgear router & plug straight to the pc from the homeplug to check speeds.

Using 2 routers should not give any speed deficit though imo.

That download speed is very reminiscent of a 10/100 connection so are you sure your motherboard itself has a gigabit connection?

Just unpluged netgear router and checked the speed directly from PL Adapter.
And my motherboard does support Gigabit connection (MSI z87-g55)

But earlier I tried to plug the cable directly from the PL Adapter (not using Netgear router) and the speed was the same

So then work backwards.
It's either the second router, or your powerline situation.

Plug the PC directly into the powerline thing.
What happens?
