My printer will not print in color why?????>

HP deskjet 2050 print/scan/copy (not an all-in-one; about two months old.

New color cartridge installed and alignment page is ok.

Greyscale is turned OFF.

Only get black& white prints.....

Cannot find any other place to turn color on or off.....

HELP!
