My printer won't print

Printer wouldn't work - it said offline so I right clicked in printers and faxes and set it to online but it still won't print....what is still wrong??
There is a red question mark over the printer icon in the bottom right corner of my screen

What is the printer model number/name? normally the messages on the bottom right screen are either connection issues or out of toner/ink related. http://quikshiptoner.com

Thanks, it started working again after shutting down all systems.
