[SOLVED] My printer won't stop printing hp 3600

i have a wireless printer - both pc and one mac computer using the printer. Only the mac, suddenly, starting having problems with the printer, it won't stop printing. I reinstalled the printer, turned it off, tried everything. when I give a command to print only one copy it won't stop printing. Help please....

Plug out the power from the printer and leave it off for at least a minute with no power what so ever, cancel all print jobs and disconnect both your PC and MAC from it (if it's wireless turn off the PC and MAC). Then turn on your printer and see if it has stopped printing. Turn it off again. Switch on your PC and MAC and reinstall your drivers and then turn on your Printer and connect to it. That should solve your problem.
