my problem is lagg and freeze

my problem is that i bought a mother board gigabyte a320m -ds2 and ryzen 2200g when i do somethign like start a game freeze or drop fps or crash and after seconds comeback what can i do .someone can help me plz? ( i bought a new hard drive 250 gb )

Do you know what Bios version you have. The 2200G requires BIOS version F10 or higher.

So restart and check in the BIOS screen.

If that is ok, we need to check your memory, so try running a program called memtest86 (you need to download it).

What PSU do you have?

What graphics are you using?

Have you installed the Gigagbyte motherboard drivers?

I update my bios from 2 bios 25 my gpu is geforce 9600 what is psu yes I install gigabyte drivers and nvidia
