Likely not.

You must add up the recommended wattage for all components. There are a number of online calculators available for doing so.

Try two or three of them to get a consensus on the necessary wattage.

Then add 40%.

List your components, their wattages, and the totals you get.

Likely to be a number of suggestions and ideas posted for you.

A quality 400w unit would have been fine. However yours is a low end garbage unit and will not be able to power the system. You can try but it will most likely fail and can take other parts with it. If you were to get a new quality psu you have a lot more options in terms of what you want to put in that pc.
