Hello, i just bought an Corsair RM650I and the fan wont spin and is getting hot, any idees what can be the problem?

Here's my specs:
- Monitor: Asus PG258Q
-Motherboard: AsRock H97 Performnance
-Proccesor: i3-4170
-Graphic card: GTX 150TI 4GB
-RAM: HyperX 16GB

In total estimated your PC is running around or less than 300W~ which I think isnt enough to heat up the PSU to make the sensor of it to signal the fan to spin.
"ZERO RPM FAN MODE
The superior energy efficiency of the RMi Series allows for the fan to remain off at low to medium loads for virtually silent operation. And when you’re pushing it hard, the thermally controlled fan adjusts its speed to provide optimal cooling with minimal noise."

i think i resolved the problem, i found i have to download the Corsair link software to control the fan and etc. Anyway i acctivated the fan and se it to max for great cooling, nut sure im doing really good, but at least is no longer burning.
