my psu overheated

when connect my psu to gpu i smell burning smell THAT when turn power on,after 3days of search didnt see any answer to my question and when turn it on pc restart 3 times then start normaly but my power supply still burning smel is it will cause my gpu
what i do now 🙁(((((((((((
my spec:
GTX770OC 4GB
I32120
COOLERMASTER 720w M2
and after i opend psu case i saw white solid liquide from over heating,
i checked my psu that worked with my pc without gpu.any soultion

You need to replace your PSU with a good one if it is the source of the burning smell , continued use could damage other components.

Stop using that PC until you have replaced the PSU with something decent. At the moment it's a ticking time bomb waiting to kill your PC
