My PSU Smells

Dear ALL, I just bought a PC 2 days Ago My computer PSU smells like burning but the smell is not noticeable from a small distance but if you put your nose right infront of the PSU then you will realize a burning smell what is this? and Also it produces much heat that if you put your face in front of it then you will feel like your face is burning Slowly Is this normal or not?can anyone help me regarding this issue? I will be Thankful and Any Help will be appreciated...

check that your carpet or cables are not jammed into the power supply fan and causing it not to spin. what your smelling in the unit is over heating and cooking itself.
