my Psu stopped doesnt turn on! Please help

Hi I was getting my computer built and everything was correctly put in then my seasonic s12ii 520w 80+ bronze psu didnt power on anything or even turn on itself please help Ive tried different outlets and plugs. Is this normal?

Is the motherboard mounted on standoffs (or raised bumps in the case), and is there a standoff only where there is a corresponding mounting hole?

My motherboard is the asrock h97m atx anniversary mounted by standoffs, gtx 960 2gb, 1tb hardrive, 2x4gb ram

Check the front panel connections carefully; they're tiny. You might try the paperclip test to make sure the PSU will turn on. This involves using a paperclip to short the green sense wire in the 24-pin power cable to a black ground wire; Google will have images and more information on how this is done.

Did you connect all the right plugs on motherboard? The ATX12v1 plug and the cpu fan?
