My PSU support HD 5850 xfired?

I have a 700 Watt OCZ GameXStream Power Supply, I know it says it supports SLI/Xfire, but.... it only has two pci-e connections...how bad of an idea would it be to try to run 2 5850's off the PSU, one using the Molex -> PCI-E Converters?

I'm running a Core i7 920, with a Radeon 4890 atm and it runs fine.

Edit: I meant 700 watt.

Yeah I was kinda leaning against it but I figured that there was a chance it might work, I just didn't wanna have to drop an extra $120 on top of the 500 some for the cards.

Well look at it this way, do you fancy droping 500 on two cards then take a chance and end up with two very fragged cards ?

Well no, I'm just not sure on what the power draw is, is there a decent PSU that can support both for under 150?

Thank you, I know corsair's a good brand, now to wait for the non-reference 5850's...

Edit: Would it actually be possible to find a modular one at the price? I don't know how much modular adds to the cost though.

This one is actually better than the corsair 750TX and it is semi-modular. It also has blue leds if your into that.

Can you explain to me how that one is better? I can see at least in efficiency it is not better, but I cannot see how that one is better.. Corsair is a very good brand in PSU's and RAM, and I trust them.
