For editing, I would get a 2x16GB memory set.
Most people would look for a higher res monitor with a 4070 GPU.

Without spending more, I'd probably lean toward saving 50 or more on the motherboard and add that money to get 32 gb RAM and maybe a better PSU?

Case is very expensive. Maybe it has features you MUST have?

You dont need a liquid cooler, but maybe you are buying one for reasons other than cooling capability?
Can u pls suggest some good motherboard and Psu ?

which motherboard is best for Asus RTX 4070 TWIN FAN OC and which CPU should I pair with it for best performance for gaming streaming & editing

Hey there,

Something like this?

PCPartPicker Part List

I've changed a few bits around, but this would be slightly better. For the PSU, the 850w only costs 6$ more. So that's a no-brainer swap. You could go a Corsair RMX850 but it's about 30$ more.

edit: As suggested, you could reduce the bill by being very specific about what you want to do.

I've included a 27 1440p monitor, because at 27inch, 1080p pixel count sucks, and you may see pixels when closer to the monitor. 1080p is really for 24/25inch monitors. 1440p has better pixel density and looks a whole lot better.

What SPECIFIC features do you need in a motherboard? That's the starting point.

What is the best reason you chose the motherboard in your list?

PSU...I'd see what I could find from Corsair or Seasonic or Super Flower; maybe a few others.
I choose that motherboard bcoz of its features like Memory overclocking CPU overclocking and motherboard having great heatsink and im not sure but i think that motherboard is future prove what's your opinion pls guide me

Intel motherboards are never "future proof". Why? Intel changes the socket between CPU generations. Unlike, AMD which supports the same CPU socket for multiple CPU generations. I replaced my 1700 Ryzen with a 5700 !! Three generations newer.

That motherboard won't be of much help if you want to upgrade to an upper level Intel processor in the future.

You need to come to terms with whatever you mean by "future proof" and how important it is. It's a moving target, subject to your definition.

Nothing wrong with it that I know of, but lots of boards will do what you state.

Can you spend 300 more? Would you much prefer to spend 300 less?

U are right but is that a good option to pair rtx 4070 with AMD CPU ?

Eh, that mobo has a decent enough power delivery. 12+1+1 phases. Robust enough for higher spec CPU's.

Are you willing to go into more detail about what you mean by "future proof"?

For 6 months into the future? 18 months? 5 years?

If you are highly concerned about it, you would need to go with AMD. Depending on what you mean by the term.

You can upgrade your Intel CPU on that board to a certain extent. Then you are dead-ended.

Maybe you are OK with that. Maybe you are not. You would have to tell us.
