My r7360 hasnt worked since I upgraded..?

One day when I decided to upgrade to windows 10, off of windows 8.1., my XFX R7 360 stopped working. I assumed that it was because of the driver, so I went to upgrade them.

Now, before I upgraded to windows 10, it ran off a graphics driver that was labelled on my computer as "R7 200" series, odly enough.

So when I go to install the new drivers through the AMD auto download, it gave a black screen upon completion.

  Ive uninstalled the drivers and tried again
  
  Ive installed the r7300 graphics myself
  
  I've checked the graphics card itself for burn smells
  
  Ive checked that the cables connected

This resulted in another black screen

test the gpu in another system then try to install the driver to see if it black screen .
