I think I'm having the most fun with this character because of how
damn chaotic it is in 8 man mob fights. There is *no* way you can get
8 people from killing your anchor (and i end up doing it myself a
lot)...so it's just a free-for all. Do I heal this guy with my wimpy
heal? Go after the boss everyone is having difficulty with? Keep my
fields up?...oh there they go, my anchors dead...who's the best guy to
recast them on?

I haven't taken Mutation yet because, well damnit...people arn't
supposed to be dying!...but it sure would have been useful several
times.

Almost every time I get with a rad guy (or girl) this same thing
happens, just don't get mad. TALK to them! If I KNOW no to hit
these guys, I wil TRY to get the others.

Oh, and the "next" foe system works from the closest, so if you
have a lot of melee fighters, hit one on the outside.

I think the biggest problem is that almost everyone hits the biggest
bad guys first, even the rad person. I think the best bet, as long
as you aren't with guys with lots of AoE attacks, is pick a minion
near the boss, instead of the boss. If there are lots of AoEs going
off, this won't work. Also, do NOT target medics or such. I hit
them before bosses! This best thing to do, is TALK. But don't get
mad. This hurts everyone.

Hope this helps,
Flesh and Blood, lvl 41 scrapper on Protector

Maybe use "target_enemy_far" to pick the farthest target on the
assumption that melee types like me use a "target_enemy_near$$follow"
bind.

Depends what is there really.
[40+ hit the sappers first
else]
hit the quantum first if a kheldian in group
else
hit the Status effect users first.
else
hit the healers first (this may take precedence if they are healing one
of the previous types)
else
hit certain kinds of damagers (like outcast fire guys when team is
squishy to fire)

Or just say to hell with it and always hit whoever is closest. :)
