My Radar app wil not run.

The My Radar Windows 10 app by Acme will not start or run. Uninstalling and reinstalling makes no difference.

I would ask acme, scroll down to the read more area under the App Details heading on this page and you will find their email address: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/myradar/9wzdncrfhzn6

Though if you ever watched a Road Runner cartoon, you would know its no surprise that anything made by Acme doesn't work. That is not the same company though (its a cartoon, its not real).

I sent them a message. They did not respond.

if they continue to not respond there is a report them to Microsoft button underneath. It depends on where they are, how long ago did you send message? give them 40 hours or so...
