My Radeon 4870 resets

I am playing FFXI and my screen suddenly goes black, white.. and the fan of the video card goes super fast and my pc RESTARTS.....

Any comments?

This is starting to worry me alot

Clean the dust. Reapply thermal paste if necessary.
