So i've been dealing with this issue where my rx 570 wouldn't post. I've tried two different motherboards the current one I'm using is the MSI B360 GAMING PLUS 1151, paired with a Intel Celeron G4930 Processor for bios updating. Going back on topic when I use this RX 570 it won't post, All of the lights light up even the fan and all but it doesn't post. The keyboard or mouse doesn't light up and once I click the power switch it closes automatically. I tried my other low end graphics card and it worked fine, although that one is a plug and play no pcie cable needed it still works. I tried everything with my RX 570, Plugged in all PCIE cables, tried different monitors, MB's, made sure it was fit in right, and even different display outputs/inputs. Just want to get it running, Please help.

Specs;
MB: MSI B360 GAMING PLUS
RAM: 16GB XPAG
GRAPHICS CARD NOT WORKING IS : RADEON RX 570 GAMING X 8GB
CPU: INTEL CELERON G4930

If the PSU is modular, are you only using cables that came with it?

Otherwise I'd say you have a GPU with something shorted on it.
Yeah... The PSU came with its only cables and that's the one I'm using. The fans spins, card lights up but the pc just doesn't POST. Should I just ship back the card as faulty?

Also I tried booting the pc with another card as primary and it successfully went through. I saw the RX 470 in my BIOS and in windows device manager. If that helps at all, It just won't POST when its the only card in..
