Question my ram at 2400 mhz

the speed advertised for my ram is 2400mhz
first when i boot my computer.... my ram run at 2133mhz....
when i try enable xmp in bios, speed change to 3000 mhz and voltage change to 1.35v....
is it okay to enable xmp with this configuration?

btw my ram is geil evo x 4gb 2400mhz x2

If your ram is rated for XMP then you can easily and safely run it at XMP settings.

List your rams model number. If it's advertised as 2400Mhz, it shouldn't have an xmp setting for 3000Mhz. You may be trying to set 3000Mhz after setting XMP and it won't boot because it's settings for 2400Mhz, not 3000.
