I have a DDR3 Crucial ram and is very old and I saw that one of its pins was like half of it was scraped off. Is it still ok to use this?

It's not going to damage anything by using that stick. That missing section of pin is either going to affect the stick and it's ability to function correctly, or not.

So if you are having memory issues then I'd say the stick is bunk, beyond repair and needs replacing. If you aren't having memory issues, then it's ok to use.

Depending on the memory socket, it may work or may not. If you want to try to save it, get a circuit writer or other solder pen and fix that lead.
I have 1 ram slot that seems to be broken just now, if a ram is inserted on that specific ram slot my pc would randomly shutdown without a warning and I tried different rams, switching places and still shutdowns randomly. I would open up my pc then after 2-5 mins it shutdowns but sometimes it shutdowns as soon as the windows lock screen loads. I removed the ram on that slot and the issue was gone. Is there an easy way to fix this?

Typically a bad socket would require a motherboard replacement. You might be able to reseat the processor and that fix the issue, but if you're not competent with that you can make things worse too. 🙁

Take a look closely at the slot, making sure the power is off. Make sure that missing part from the ram isn't stuck in there or there isn't any other debris. Most likely the slot is shot, but doesn't hurt to inspect.
