I'd probably wait for Ryzen 3rd gen but if you wanted a system now that should last that long I'd probably get something like this. It should be compatable with your current parts.

Get $350 and then buy this (What is your make/model PSU) As I would recommend an old one with a new system unless its high quality

I would sell, your due for a upgrade. The list @ElectrO_90 posted above would be good. The GPU is a good price as long as it hasn't been used to mined with (heat/custom BIOS).

You may need to adjust the voltage (1.5V) when you change the speed in the BIOS.
but why adjust voltage its not overclocking is it ? i thought its 1866 mhz ram so i just have to put it in slot and and select 1866 in bios ? and how to do it, is it complex i am asking cuz i never overclocked before note even once

If there's no option for XMP then you need to manually input the correct voltage for the memory to get it to run at the correct speed. From the specs it looks like 1.5V but you may want to double check that. In the BIOS there should be a option to change it, probably near where you changed the speed.

Leave it at 1600 or whatever is stable.

List you current parts after the sale. Include the monitor.

If the GTX 1080 has the warranty and works well then it's good for $250. Navi will be around $250 but I don't know if the performance will be as good.
