I just bought a new CPU, motherboard and RAM. My RAM is supposed to be 3200MHz but the max I have been able to make it reach is 1596 MHz, I've checked out several threads but none of the tips has worked.

Motherboard: ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING (AM4)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200MHz

The motherboard and CPU should be able to handle 3200MHz so I have no idea what the problem is, I have read that you are supposed to enable XMP but it doesn't exist in my BIOS.

If it says 1596 in the memory tab of cpu z then that is 3200Mhz as it is double data rate so the number is doubled

It is slightly less because the bus speed is 98 instead of 100 seems to be a common thing
