Yeah, they are all right. DDR2 800Mhz is the highest 'official' speed for DDR2. Though it is possible to make DDR2 chips that can reach higher speeds like you DDR2 1066 all the way up to DDR2 1200MHz.
You will have to 'overclock' you memory manually to 1066MHz. It should not be difficult though, because these chips are made to run at 1066 MHz 24/7. Read the specs sheet from OCZ about you ram and check out at which timings and voltage it should run when set to 1066MHz. Set all of these manually in the bios of your mobo. You should be just fine.
