I just got a new upgrade on my computer, but my ram is stuck on 2133 instead of 3600? I turned on XMP in my bios but my CPU-Z still says 2133. Does anyone have a fix?

SPECS
-Ryzen 7 3770x
-32 GB G-SKILL Ripsaw 3600
-ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming
-RX 580 (waiting for new gpus to come out)

What upgrade ?
Exact reference number of your RAM ? Did your RAM come as a kit ?
Which ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming the ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming X or ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 ?
Because for the X Gskill indicates 2 kits of 32 Gb at 3600 MHz compatible:
F4-3600C18Q-32GVK
F4-3600C18D-32GVK
but for the Gaming 4 none (highest speed 3200 MHz)

I upgraded everything in my computer, all i kept was my old graphics card. I have the ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4. im okay with it even being clocked at 3200MHz i just want it to be fixed.

How many modules are there in your G.Skill memory kit? Are you mixing two memory kits with two 2x8 or 1x16GB kits? If it's 4x8GB, you may have trouble getting 3600 to work and would need to set the next lowest available XMP setting or manually set it to 3200.

Can you post a screen shot of the SPD tab in CPU-Z with a slot selected that has a module installed. press and hold Ctrl+Alt before pressing Print Screen (PrtScn) to only screenshot the CPU-Z window.
