My RAM isn't being fully utilised

Hello , i'm here to see if anyone knows how to fix my current issue with ram , This picture shows that my ram isn't being full used https://imgur.com/RY0ns52 but on system overview it says it is https://imgur.com/snNH8rm and my task manager shows https://imgur.com/oU9A9r9 50% of 4gb even though i have 8gb RAM, Any help on this issue would be great , Thanks in advance

That is probably caused by your choice of memory for which you do not identify by part number.

What? it using about 50% so you have about 50% (4GB) available, what the issue?

That is not how it works. You will only use the amount of memory that the programs running need.
It will not use all of the 8gb of memory unless the programs used need more.
If you had 16gb of memory you would still be using the same amount you are now.

The system only uses what it needs. What you had running wasn't requiring 8Gb.
