My ram keeps dying

So my pc been starting to kill my ram every week or so, I’m thinking it’s the motherboard but not to sure, can something else cause this problem or should I replace the motherboard?

You provided no details about the RAM or the motherboard, but applying too much voltage to the RAM can do it.
