My RAM might be corrupt?

So the other day my computer blue screened, then i turned it back on and it froze 10 min later, then started restarting every 5 or so seconds after i booted it up. I read that it could be the memory so i took out my 2 sticks and it boots up just fine. I then cleared my cmos and put the sticks in and it started, but with no display and a bunch of error messages on my Mobo. Is it for sure my RAM or could it be anything else?

Try Memtest86, you'll need to know how to burn the image though. Red means bad if you get it working, but at least you can track down the bad stick.

Go to Memtest.org and download and make the boot cd and test the ram for errors. Let run for a long time but most serious errors come up right away.

I would love to do that but my comp wont start up to be able to.

Use a friend's PC to download it and make the CD. Or maybe a local library or internet cafe.

Ill try that, but when i put the sticks in my comp only stays on for 5 seconds. and i have no display.
