I attempted overclocking GSKILL Ripjaws V 2x8gb 3200mhz to 3600mhz and it did not boot, so i went back in to the bios and changed it back. I later got a blue screen with a ram related error message. During normal use, applications also started crashing like chrome tabs would just diss appear and i knew something about the ram was faulty. I bought new ram, but i want to make sure the motherboard is okay after a ram overclock damaged the ram.

Specs:
i5 8400
MSI Z370 PC PRO
EVGA GTX 1660 Ti XC
EVGA 600B
16GB GSKILL Ripjaws V 3200mhz

Have you tried one stick at a time?

Honestly, I'd leave everything at stock with this power supply as a general rule.
Yes, I tried both sticks individually and they both behaved the same way. There is also a high pitched noise that is audible that was never present before that i think might be coming from the ram.
