My RAM wont run at it's actual rating

I blame the motherboard. My RAM is rated at 3200MHz, build here . It will only run at 2933MHz and below, crashed when set to 3200. Since my motherboard lacks BIOS Recovery I need to do a cmos reset every time it crashes, which kinda sucks.
