Question My rams are DDR4 3000 but?

Turn on XMP and they should work at 3200MHz.

Direct Over Clock Profile
One of those is in your mobo's bios.

Or AMP (AMD Memory Profile), or aXMP in some MBs. All do same thing, read XMP from memory control chip and set BIOS settings according to it. Some have 2 profiles.

For XMP settings just look at your MB's manual as not all systems use identical settings. It is not conventional OC, XMP is just settings for that particular RAM that inform BIOS how to set up for rated speed. Can't "screw rams up" like that. Perfectly safe way. Make sure you know how to reset BIOS/CMOS in case it doesn't work.
