Question my razer kraken ultimate keeps disconnecting

I previously thought it was a usb issue with all of my devices but i figured out my headset is to blame. It disconnects if its connected to either front or rear io. And if its just a headset driver issue someone could send to me i would greatly appreciate it.

Download the Razer Synapse software and see if it recognizes the headset.
