My real player has stopped working

I just finished the installation, imported some music but was unable to player them. The message to me was to go online to fix the problem.

I tried everything suggested, but stumbled over the solution myself. Go into your Control Panel, select 'Programmes' and uninstall Quick Time. Restart your computer and now try using Real Player. Worked a treat for me. John Kennedy in Liverpool, England.
