My recent build .
I planned on this build about 2 years ago and finally took the plunge
The intent is to use this for Mathematical calculations and it will be
used to create an automated stock market trading program
From what i have researched, People say that even at 20 gigs
they have seen their computers get bogged down so i went a bit over the top.
I don't know how well this would hold up in the gaming community yet i figure
you guys know your stuff .
So in your opinion what do you think of this build .
I am curious to know how well it would do in gaming yet
i am not a gamer.
For me this was my budget build .
CPU: INTEL i7-7800x ( 394.99 @ Fry's )
Motherboard: Asus TUF X299 Mark 2 ( 259.99 @ Fry's )
Memory: Patriot Viper - ( 8 ) 16 gb DDR4 3200 MHz " 128 gig ttl ( 1479.96 @ Fry's )
Storage: Samsung 960 EVO M.2 1 TB ( 424.99 @ Fry's )
Case: Corsair - 400-C ( 99.99 @ Fry's )
Power Supply:- AX860i ( 198.99 @ Fry's )
NIC C5 Cooler ( 54.99 @ FRY''s ) I was hesitant to water cool , not knowing much about them
89.99 to have it put together and tested
Windows 10 Pro ( 139.99 @ Fry's )
Graphics- ( 2 ) GTX 1060 3 gb ( 539.98 @ Fry's )
added Fans : Corsair ML 140 ( 79.98 @ Fry's )
Total: 3763.84
I could have put this together myself yet these guys did it relatively cheap
and in doing so i had it in my hands in 1 day .

Solution
For what you wanted the only thing I'd of considered would have been a 1800x/ryzen setup. But even that 1060 is overkill for general desktop purposes if gaming wasn't on your radar you did right
Should be great for what you're doing with it. Would be one of the overall worse gaming builds I'd ever seen however. Can't spend the money for 128gb ram and a $650 processor only to add a puny $250 GPU. You could Strickly gaming speaking outperform your build for under $1100

Thanks again Supahos
If i have any graphics issues in the future or get involved
with gaming ill keep it in mind . yet at the moment that is not
the intent for this computers use .
For me to do as you suggested would have been 1000 more.
The need for mathematical calculations out weighed
graphics which are pretty basic . also i wanted something
i could ask to do more and more analysis in the future.
all said though it looks like i could have thought it through
a little more than i did .
Whats done is done and i m liking it so far :)
