my repeater wont connect to internet pls help

ive purchased a Wi-Fi reapeater off ebay but I carnt get it to work
its connecting to the devices but then giving me a no internet access tab
Im not sure whats gong on pls help

You may have discovered the reason it was on Ebay in the first place. 🙁
