My resolution isn't the same anymore..

Hello everyone, so yesterday I delivered my pc to a company, I wanted to change my psu, I just got it back, but, I noticed my resolution it's not the same, I have an LG monitor with a native resolution of 1600x900, but right now my resolution is 1440x900 and I can't change it...
help?

Check to see if they uninstalled or disabled the gfx driver for your card. And list your system specs, so we know what we are dealing with.
