My right-click doesn't work

Hello,
What can I do if my right-click only works on occasion? Usually whenever I try to right-click on a pic so I can save it, NO drop bar shows up. Please help. Thanks!

If these files are on the internet, some sites may block you from downloading images.
If that's not the case please supply more details about the files and where they are.
